Left off using a review until I had been using this for sometime. Easy to use, charge lasts quite a while, self timer makes it easy. I alternate nights, red one night, purple the next which I felt were the 2 colours most appropriate for my skin. I'm not so sure my skin is tighter but it certainly feels smoother and appears less red and more even toned than what it did. My beauty therapist commented on how good my skin was looking at the moment so I can only put it down to the light therapy usage.
